Pacific Concrete Cutting and Coring, Inc. (PCCC) is a growing and dynamic local construction company with offices on Kauai, Oahu, Maui, and the Big Island. We have an immediate opening for a financial manager. The position will be based from our Kapolei office and responsibilities will include: ensuring proper ledger accounts for accounts payable and accounts receivable; preparing and filing monthly G-45 reports; preparing job profitability reports; preparing Work in Progress reports; review bank reconciliation reports; following up on past due accounts; and working with accounting clerks/payroll clerk on Oahu and Kauai. Areas of Responsibility \xc2\xb7 Oversee Accounts Receivable/Accounts Payable functions; \xc2\xb7 Prepare monthly and quarterly cost reports; \xc2\xb7 Prepare and review Work in Progress reports; \xc2\xb7 Review and audit ledger accounts to ensure correct coding; \xc2\xb7 GE tax filings; \xc2\xb7 Coordination with the Accounting Firm and CPA who prepare annual taxes; \xc2\xb7 Develop and maintain quality relationships with coworkers, customers, suppliers and vendors. Management \xc2\xb7 Provide clear verbal and written communications. \xc2\xb7 Maintain a positive attitude and address issues with a proactive problem solving approach. \xc2\xb7 Communicate with and assist with training accounting clerks on Oahu and Kauai. Qualifications \xc2\xb7 5 years experience in accounting. Additional experience with construction accounting a plus but not required. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in Quickbooks \xc2\xb7 Understanding of State of Hawaii G-45, G-49, and import taxes \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to share skills and knowledge with others. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency with office computer equipment and software. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year Benefits:
