InTulsa is partnering with Tynrose to find candidates for this exciting role in Tulsa Location: Tulsa, OK. This is a remote/hybrid position for those already in Tulsa, OK or willing to relocate to Tulsa, OK

Tynrose is a holding company focused on making digital transformation easy to use and easy to access for millions of small to medium sized businesses in the United States. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Associate to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in private equity or investment banking, possess strong analytical skills, be a self-starter, and have a passion for investing in and growing businesses. As an Associate at Tynrose, you will work closely with senior members of the team on all aspects of the investment process, from deal sourcing to due diligence to post-investment value creation.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential investment opportunities
• Evaluate potential acquisition targets by analyzing financial statements, conducting due diligence, and developing financial models
• Work with portfolio companies to develop and execute strategic initiatives that drive value creation
• Participate in deal negotiations and work with legal and other advisors to complete transactions
• Prepare investment memos and other materials for presentation to the Investment Committee
• Collaborate with senior members of the team on fundraising efforts and other strategic initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in finance, economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in private equity or investment banking
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong work ethic and a passion for investing in and growing businesses
