The Financial Analyst will relate frequently, both formally and informally, with all levels of leadership including department managers, directors, and administration. Occasional interaction may be required with members of the governing board and medical staff. Overview of Responsibilities

• Assist in the compilation, review, and publishing of monthly financial results and associated reports by the 10th business day of each month.
• Assist with general ledger account balance integrity by completing account reconciliations as required.
• Assist with the annual completion of tax form 990 in a timely manner.
• Assist with internal and external audits, assuring the integrity of all hospital assets.
• Provide leadership and oversight in the preparation of the operating, and capital budget, assuring the timely and accurate compilation and submission of all budget information.
• Provide financial assistance to those managers in need of further understanding in the financial management of their cost centers.
• Analyze cost and statistical data, feasibility studies and financial modeling.
• Assist with the evaluation all new deal-structures for emerging business opportunities.
• Assist in the development, installation, and ongoing maintenance of cost accounting, general ledger, and sub-ledger systems.
• Participate in the Corporate Compliance Committee, or other committees as required.
• Assist in the development of short and long range financial plans and strategies.
• Provide assistance to the Senior Financial Analyst as needed and with the support of the Controller.
• Assist with other Accounting and Financial needs as directed by the Controller.

Education/Experience

\xc2\xb7 BS/BA in Accounting or Finance

\xc2\xb7 CPA is a plus

Schedule Details

Full time. Monday - Friday 8a-5p. Flexible schedule and full time remote work available upon successful completion of introductory period.
