Our team is looking for an adaptable, hands-on Financial Analyst to join our finance team! As a Financial Analyst, you will be responsible for the financial reporting and analysis of the Company\'s financial results. You believe in taking ownership and getting things done right. You are able to manage chaos, create a sense of order, and are willing to dive into detailed while juggling ever-changing priorities and demanding deadlines.

** This will be a hybrid role commuting into our Feasterville, PA office 3 days a week.

What you will do:

  • 30% Financial Planning & Analysis, 20% Financial Reporting, and 50% Accounting close analysis.
  • Prepare & submit the company monthly and quarterly financial reporting requirements in accordance with our financial reporting calendar
  • Identify key performance indicators (KPI) across multiple business lines. Develop processes to identify, monitor, analyze, and report on those indicators. Highlight trends and analyze the causes of unexpected variances.
  • Collaborate closely with leaders to analyze financial reports and forecasts, and discover areas of improvement for revenue, OPEX, and cost savings.
  • Prepare monthly variance analysis and explanations each month for actuals vs. budget and actuals vs. forecast. Analyze information to provide accurate and timely financial recommendations to management.
  • Develop financial models. Optimize and streamline current Budgeting, Forecasting, and Modeling tools.
  • Analyze and correct information as needed in order to present accurate information
  • Develop financial models and analyses to support strategic initiatives, Ad-hoc reporting and analysis

Qualifications and skills:
  • 1+ year\'s experience as a financial analyst, AP/AR, and/or reconciliations in a corporate environment.
  • Possess a professional working attitude and be flexible in taking on new challenges.
  • The ability to work independently and also as part of a team. Promote a positive and professional attitude toward other staff members.
  • Technical skills and abilities must include knowledge of accounting and finance principles while maintaining great attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Dedication to the timely completion of all tasks, effective listening skills and the ability to ask educated questions at appropriate times.
  • Inclinations to be a self-motivator and apply flexibility/creativity, and conceptualization skills effectively with management.
  • Demonstrate punctuality, dedication to meeting deadlines, excellent oral and written communication skills, and ability to manage expectations of multiple stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and its complex formulas, while at the same possessing the ability to grasp new systems/software, database programs, and client management systems quickly
Nice to have:
  • Experience and/or knowledge of revenue recognition principles, including, but not limited to, deferred revenue recognition, accruals, allocation across business units,
  • Experience working in the field of consulting, technology, and/or agile practices
Education and certifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Accounting or Finance

$53,000 - $60,000 a year

Compensation at Cprime varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Cprime provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, New Jersey, Rhode Island, or Washington as set forth above.

Paid Holidays: Cprime provides six (6) paid standard Holidays, as well as a paid Holiday Company Shutdown from Christmas to New Year\'s.

Paid Time off or Vacation: Cprime provides up to seventeen (17) days of paid time off per year (to be used for both vacation and/or sick time).

Parental Leave: prime provides four (4) weeks of paid parental leave if certain eligibility requirements are met.

Retirement Plans: Cprime offers the opportunity to participate in our 401(K) plan. Employees are eligible to enroll thirty (30) days after their official start date. A company match may be offered annually on a discretionary basis if certain eligibility requirements are met.

Other Compensation: Our bonus programs reward our people for their achievements and their contributions to our business. Cprime provides a monthly cell phone stipend and an annual health and wellness stipend to all full-time employees.
