LifeSeasons makes and sells condition-specific natural supplements. We take pride in using the highest quality ingredients in the most efficacious formulas. We are a small company with just over one hundred employees and are growing rapidly. While our projections and goals for revenue growth are aggressive, we hope to attain these goals without growing headcount substantially. With the success and rapid growth that we are experiencing, our Finance team is seeking a fulltime Financial Analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets in a high growth environment.
  • Prepare and present financial reports with a focus on customer acquisition cost, customer retention, and other key performance indicators relevant to a direct-to-consumer business.
  • Evaluate business performance and assess potential risks and opportunities within a variety of business units. Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting and data requirements, with a focus on metrics related to customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with all departments to align financial objectives with overall business goals and provide cross-functional support and to ensure financial discipline and accountability.
  • Analyze and interpret financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide insights to senior leadership. Communicate complex financial information in a clear and concise manner to facilitate decision-making.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly business reviews for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the implementation and improvement of financial planning and analysis processes.
  • Conduct cost analysis and evaluate cost-saving opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling. Power BI experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, emphasizing the ability to convey financial insights in the context of the direct-to-consumer market.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in data modeling, data visualization, and reporting tools. Familiarity with SQL and data querying languages, with a focus on extracting and analyzing direct-to-consumer data.
  • Prior experience in financial analysis or related roles, particularly within direct-to-consumer companies in the natural supplement industry, is preferred.
