This role will handle multi business ledgers, monitor the daily bank activity, oversee billing, credit & collections, inventory, and verify pricing. The position reviews & audits accounts to ensure proper posting, and makes various month-end entries, accruals, and adjustments as needed. Additionally, this position confirms backlog totals for month-end once all billing is complete. Prior experience in handling multi company ledgers, leadership/management experience, hands on experience in accounting related job required, related field degree preferred. Computer knowledgeable with QuickBooks experience, preferred.This role must work well in a collaborative environment, will be required to cross train other members of the Finance team to ensure coverage. This position does required some travel (2-4 times annually or more as needed). Desired soft skills:
