This role will sit in the newly created Norstella corporate team.
Manage monthly consolidation process for all legal entities (actuals, forecast, budget, and strategic planning)
Produce monthly reports, which include, financial results, key performance indicators and variance reporting
Partner with local accounting on month-end activities to ensure accurate financial reporting
Partner with local FP&A groups on forecasting and budgeting activities and timelines
Evaluate financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with budget and forecasts
Identify and drive process improvements, including the creation of standard and ad-hoc reports and Excel dashboards
Support financial system implementation
Support M&A activity with regards to integration of new acquisitions
Requirements
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent work experience, required. CPA preferred
Three to five years of experience in accounting or finance
Working knowledge of the month-end close process for a global organization at corporate headquarter level, with multiple entities, currencies, etc.
Strong understanding of generally accepted accounting principles
Proven proficiency in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications
Strong analytical and time management skills
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships across functional groups

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $138,000. It is not typical for offers to be made at or near the top of the range. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package, successful candidates are eligible to receive a discretionary bonus.
