We service homeowners in St. Louis, Springfield, and throughout Central Illinois and Eastern Missouri. We are currently looking for a Finance Assistant specializing in Accounts Receivable. Job Responsibilities Daily entry of incoming payments and invoices Preparing weekly/monthly reports as requested by Controller Tracking and updating current and past collections Speaking with homeowner regarding financing options and related questions Necessary Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Strong communication, customer service and organizational skills Skill in math and accounting principles Excellent attention to detail and willingness to learn We are currently looking for reliable, well-rounded, hard working men and woman willing to join our culture and be part of a growing family owned company.
