Overview


The Finance Sr. Analyst-Reporting position is a project owner and lead role within the North American Shared Services (NASS) team. This role contributes to the success of PepsiCo, Inc. by providing leading analysts to support Accounts Receivable and Credit Management teams with data needed to assist their efforts to mitigate risk, minimize bad debt expense, drive unconventional revenue, enhance operational productivity and improve cash flow. Responsibilities


Specific accountabilities of the role include but are not limited to:

  • Routine reporting and analysis of productivity metrics, cash flow trends and workflow trends

  • Responsibility for key control reporting and supporting analysis

  • Perform monthly analysis of A/R operations

  • Prepare appropriate and insightful statistical analysis for internal partners

  • Summarize key performance metrics for Senior Leadership

  • Research and identify key drivers associated with data/reports published

  • Leverage reporting technology to support initiatives across the NASS Organization

  • Serve as business/functional resource in the arena of data import, extract file and associate processing jobs

  • Development and implementation of innovative reporting solutions with the purpose of continually improving on speed of delivery and resource requirements while promoting of self-service

  • Provides process training to team members and business partners as needed

  • Develop, maintain, query, and optimize data warehouses

  • Contribute to internal process improvements by developing deep understanding of operations teams within NASS A/R

  • Continuous monitoring and auditing of data to ensure data integrity standards and control requirements are being met

  • Create and manage multiple competing projects while partnering with internal support functions and customers

  • Drive organizational efficiency through automation, technology and streamlining efforts

  • Support financial close reporting activities as needed


Compensation & Benefits:

\xe2\x80\xa2 The expected compensation range for this position is between $67,200 - $112,450\xe2\x80\xa2 Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary\xe2\x80\xa2 Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 5% of annual salary paid out annually\xe2\x80\xa2 Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement\xe2\x80\xa2 In addition to salary, PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees and their families, subject to elections and eligibility: Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, Health and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Insurance (Accident, Group Legal, Life), Defined Contribution Retirement Plan Qualifications

  • 4-year business, accounting, finance or information systems degree or comparable experience

  • At least 2 years of experience in working with SAP FI data (e.g., AR, Credit, Collections, Disputes, Billing)

  • At least 2 years of experience in AR forecasting

  • Strong PC proficiency in MS Office Suite

  • Proficient in SAP S/4Hana tables and reporting tools

  • Proficient in SQL Programming

  • Ability to work independently and prioritize work with minimal direction

  • Ability to learn new technology concepts quickly with attention to detail

  • Exceptionally strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface with and present to multiple levels of internal and external business partners


  • Proven project management skills, including the ability to lead, manage and complete multiple concurrent projects involving
    multiple stakeholders

  • Advanced competency in BI Analytics

  • Some weekend work may be required at period ends; weekly schedules can flex accordingly


Preferred Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year experience as a database administrator (Business Objects, SQL Database)

  • UiPath Certification (Level 2 or higher) AND at least 1 year experience developing automation with UiPath

  • Advanced competency in statistical analysis and forecasting methods

  • Experience with Predictive Analytics software (Azure, Rapid Miner, SAS)

  • Proficient with MS Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate
