The creation of Model e was informed by the success of small, passionate Ford teams that developed the Mustang Mach-E SUV and F-150 Lightning pick-up, as well as Ford\xe2\x80\x99s dedicated EV division in China. The Model e FP&A team supports decision-making on the most impactful business challenges facing the Global Model e segment in its journey to profitably grow Ford\'s EV business. Our team is the hub for meaningful data insights that are critical to evaluating business strategies and the segment\'s profit trajectory.

• 3+ years of financial experience
• 1+ year of Financial Planning and Analyst experience
  

• Familiarity in operational finance and profit analysis forecasting
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and business acumen
• Strong Critical Thinking / Self-starter
• Ability to thrive in white space environment and lead projects from start to closure
• Has a continuous improvement mentality

• Automotive experience a plus

• Consolidate Global Model e financials for Corporate reporting (monthly actuals and forecast, quarterly earnings, annual budget and business plan)
• Develop workplans & instruction letters \xe2\x80\x93 including roles, responsibilities, and timing \xe2\x80\x93 to support Model e reporting
• Manage IMPRS profit matrices and income statements, including vehicle line income statements
• Skill Team Liaison \xe2\x80\x93 Serve as liaison to Skill Teams for Model e updates, including assisting with reconciling management schedules to IMPRS (for variances and absolutes)
• Corporate Finance Liaison \xe2\x80\x93 Serve as liaison to Corporate Finance for Model e updates, including assisting with gaining alignment on key assumptions and timing
• Model e Finance Leadership Reviews \xe2\x80\x93 Prepare and present backup material for Model e Leadership Reviews
• Complete special studies per Management\'s request
