We are looking for an Associate to join our FP&A and Strategy team. As a key member of this team, you will:

• Manage financial planning and forecasting, incl. own and refine the financial forecast model, coordinate the planning process, collect and stress-test inputs from the business, develop forecasts and track performance against projections
• Rigorously evaluate financial and operational metrics to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and help facilitate decisions on prioritization and allocation of company resources
• Effectively prepare and communicate financial data and analysis to various stakeholders, including executive leadership, board members, and other departments within the company
• Drive highly impactful, complex and visible projects across the organization in collaboration with the VP of FP&A and Strategy, as well as lead analyses to evaluate and prioritize business projects and initiatives

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in investment banking and/or management consulting, with due diligence experience highly preferred
• Excellent financial modeling and analytical skillset, with a proven track record of independently framing and executing complex financial analyses, and extracting and translating insights into actionable business recommendations
• Strong attention to detail and sanity checking results
• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with experience preparing executive and board level presentations, incl. drafting strong storylines and effectively presenting detailed financial data
• Ability to work with a diverse and geographically dispersed team, as well as build strong cross-functional relationships across the organization at different seniority levels
• Self-starter mentality and willingness to take ownership quickly
• Intellectual curiosity, growth mindset and bias towards proactively seeking feedback and growth opportunities

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required and/or equivalent experience

Physical Requirements:

This is currently a remote position; however, office presence may be required at our company headquarters in Clearwater, Florida. Preference given to qualified candidates who reside in Tampa Bay Area, Florida.
