Job Description

We at MAK Imaging Solutions, Inc. are seeking a Finance Administrator to work in our Berlin, CT office who can efficiently manage our financial records including invoices, receipts and expense reports. The successful candidate will be responsible for keeping our financial matters organized, ensuring accuracy and efficiency and adherence to company policies in all financial transactions. The Finance Administrator will interact daily with senior leadership and play a vital role in the company's success. MAK Imaging Solutions, Inc. is a privately held corporation engaged in the sale and service of medical imaging equipment. Headquartered in Chicago, IL, with satellite offices in Houston, TX and Cromwell, CT, MAK Imaging is seeking to hire additional employees in support of its rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities -



Maintain and update financial reports in QuickBooks with daily transactions to ensure all financial activities are accurately recorded. Monitor and follow up on outstanding accounts receivable and ensure timely processing of accounts payable to vendors. Reconcile bank statements and general ledgers to ensure accuracy of financial records and resolve any discrepancies. Process employee expense reimbursements and manage corporate credit card statements in accordance with company policy. Assist in the preparation of financial reports, such as income statements and balance sheets, for management review. Direct the payroll administration process by gathering and verifying timekeeping data and resolving pay-related issues. Contribute to the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering relevant financial data and tracking expenditures. Help ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls by maintaining organized documentation and records for auditing purposes.

Requirements and Skills -



Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role Hands-on experience with QuickBooks accounting software "Team Player" with strong written and oral communication skills Strong knowledge of creating and maintaining spreadsheets Excellent understanding of bookkeeping procedures Time-management and organization skills Confidentiality Degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics, a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
