What You'll Do

Lead day - to - day jobsite operations across residential and commercial projects Coordinate and manage subcontractors, crew tools, material, and inspection during entire construction phase Enforce safety protocols - you're the safety leader on-site Review plans, solve problems and adjust fieldwork as needed Job site management follow the checklist Quality Assurance
What you Bring

5+ years of construction experience Strong skills in managing roofing and/or siding crews and keeping jobs moving Physically able to lift 75 lbs and work in an active job site A valid driver license and reliable work ethic Clear communication, pride in your work, and a problem- solving mindset Will have a manager to report to daily
Schedule and Location

Full-time: Monday - Friday with occasional Saturdays as needed 801 Louis St Warrenton, Mo 63383 Projects across the St. Louis, Mo area
Pay: $27.00 - $40.00 per hour
