Job Description

The Field Supervisor will be responsible for the oversight and delegation of daily activities for our solar Install Teams.


Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily activities and actively manage the performance of the Install Teams This position will be responsible for the install projects from scheduling to final inspection Ensure team members are completing jobs with excellent quality Identify areas of opportunity to improve and recommend process changes to support increased efficiency of the teams Effectively manage the headcount and Installers to meet the demands of the business and ensure goals are met Review and approve employee timecards Provide performance feedback and coaching Assist the Install teams as needed to improve and deliver excellent customer service Other duties as assigned Enforce company and safety policies

Qualifications:

Solar experience required Electrical experience required Management experience required

Skills and Competencies:

Highly self-motivated with the ability to prioritize complex responsibilities Ability to execute tasks with minimum supervision. Strong organization and time management skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Solid logical decision making and troubleshooting skills with the ability to problem solve effectively. Exercise good judgment. Take ownership of questions or issues and effectively handle with the customer. Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality by handling sensitive and private customer information in accordance with Sunsolar Solutions policies. Proven ability to meet deadlines and key metrics, work independently, as a team player, and drive results in a fast paced, team-based environment. Must be willing to assist teammates and build strong relationships to achieve company and department goals.
