Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage field operations for construction projects.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
- Review and interpret construction plans, schematics, and contract documents.
- Provide guidance and support to field staff, including training and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with project teams to identify and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction.
- Utilize construction management software (such as Prolog or Primavera) to track project progress and maintain accurate records.
- Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety policies.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
- Proficiency in using construction management software (such as Prolog or Primavera).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans, schematics, and contract documents.
- Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety protocols.
