Job Description

Title: Field Supervisor

Manager: Homemaker and Personal Care Assistants/Attendants

Summary

To provide guidance, supervision and oversight for Homemakers and Personal Care

Assistants/Attendants. The field supervisor will be responsible for home and phone visits.

shift coverage and training staff in their service area. NOTATION: In severe cases or when PRN and

floating staff are not available for coverage Area Manager may be asked to cover that shift.

RESPONSIBITIES:

Making sure staff are at job site for service delivery

Maintain collaborative contacts with case management agencies and client liaisons to

ensure appropriate.

Process appropriate employment paperwork to the office.

Make supervisory visits to observe and evaluate job performance of staff.

Interpret agency Policies and procedures relating to service Provision to staff.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $14.50 per hour
