Salad and Go is seeking a Field Recruiter (Store Operations) to play a pivotal role in our growth by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for our restaurant store locations. You will collaborate closely with the People Support team, store managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our stores are staffed with dedicated and skilled employees who align with our company values and contribute to our success.

As the Field Recruiter (Store Operations), you will:

• Utilize various recruitment methods, including ATS, online job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct preliminary candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications and behavioral fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to schedule and conduct interviews.
• Build strong relationships with store managers and other leadership to understand their staffing needs.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience by providing timely communication and feedback throughout the recruitment process.

Minimum Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a high-volume recruiter (restaurant or hospitality industry).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practices.
• Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems and HRIS (Workday experience preferred).
