We are looking for an in field recruiter that lives in the Tioga County area to recruit Direct Care Workers for our Home Care Agency! The position is commission based, meaning you decide how much you can make, the limits are endless! It is so easy to apply. You can start earning money as soon as tomorrow! but first, here are some details about the job. Review them carefully so we dont waste your time with an interview. Job details:
- The goal of the position is to source and recruit Direct Care Workers and Home Health aides to work for our company.
- Job is 60% remote/home based and 40% traveling. At home you will be posting online ads, being on social media and reaching out to applicants to talk to them about the job. On the field You will be networking to find good candidates to recruit as well as meet up with each applicant face to face to interview them. You must have a reliable vehicle so you can do the face to face interviews
- We are seeking an individual which can dedicate themselves to this job full time. Make your own hours but it must be flexible to allow for remote company meetings and ability to work around the recruits schedule for interviews
- This is a commission based job only. You will get paid for each of your applicants which get hired. We need you to recruit approximately 15 applicants each week. That\'s about $1200 per week! but hey, recruit more, get paid more!
- We are seeking someone with great people skills and a friendly personality.
