We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Field Operations Support Assistant to join our team. This role provides essential administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth functioning of field activities and office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various computer applications. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, supporting both field teams and administrative functions, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining efficient workflows.

Responsibilities



Assist with office management tasks including filing, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, and direct calls appropriately using professional phone etiquette Support calendar management and scheduling for field teams and internal meetings using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Handle customer support inquiries via phone or email, providing prompt and courteous assistance Maintain accurate records of field activities, appointments, and client interactions through data entry and filing systems Support bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing, expense tracking, and basic QuickBooks entries Coordinate with team members to facilitate effective communication between field operations and office staff Assist with front desk duties including greeting visitors, managing office supplies, and maintaining a professional reception area Perform other administrative duties as needed to support overall office efficiency

Skills



Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills with good phone etiquette Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is preferred Bilingual abilities are a plus for supporting diverse clients and team members Office management or administrative experience is highly desirable Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations Strong computer literacy including familiarity with office equipment and software tools Excellent time management skills to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently Previous experience in customer service or support roles enhances success in this position

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,972.43 - $5,663.57 per month
