Position Overview:

We're seeking a

Wallpaper Assistant & Field Operations Support

to help with both on-site work and company operations. This person will act as a right-hand assistant to the owner--running bids, representing the company professionally with clients and contractors, managing small projects or fix-its, and assisting on wallpaper removal or installation jobs when needed.

This is a

per diem / part-time role

with flexible hours and room to grow for the right person who demonstrates reliability, initiative, and pride in detail-oriented work. Training provided.

Responsibilities:

Represent Northwest Wall Designs professionally at client homes and job sites Run small bids and estimates (training provided) Perform wallpaper removal, wall prep, and assist during installs Handle small fix-it projects and client touch-ups Communicate with clients and designers in a polished, professional manner Load/unload materials, organize tools, maintain cleanliness on job sites Track tasks, communicate progress, and assist with light administrative or scheduling duties

Ideal Candidate:

Professional, friendly, and confident in client-facing situations Detail-oriented and organized, with strong follow-through Comfortable working independently and taking initiative Reliable transportation and valid driver's license Comfortable using ladders, basic tools, and light lifting Experience in trades, painting, or design-related work is a plus (but not required)

Compensation & Schedule:

$20-$25/hour

, depending on experience Flexible hours (per diem / project-based) Training and advancement opportunities
