What you'll do

Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests with a smile and addressing their needs promptly. Prepare food items according to our high standards of quality and safety, ensuring freshness and taste. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) systems, including Aloha POS and Micros POS, to process orders accurately. Manage cash handling responsibilities with precision while maintaining a balanced cash register. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales performance. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in both the dining area and kitchen, adhering to food safety guidelines. Assist with bussing tables and restocking supplies to ensure a smooth flow of service during busy periods.

Basic qualifications

Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.

Preferred qualifications

Previous experience in the food service industry or quick-service restaurant setting is a plus. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards to ensure safe food preparation. Culinary experience or kitchen experience that showcases your passion for food preparation.
