Job responsibilities include:
- Working with Merchandise Manager or General Manager to create plans for effective use of the sales floor to generate sales in their respective department
- Merchandising racks for ease of shopping for the customers
- Coordinating with evening sales floor team to communicate expectations for the evening.
- Keeping and maintaining standards in their respective departments
- Viewing sales reports on a regular basis to determine underperforming areas of their department, and creating plans to help maximize sales efficiency.
- Open availability, including weekends
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Self starter
- Strong communication skills
