Job Description

We are seeking an

experienced Storefront Estimator

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in storefront/glazing estimating, takeoffs, and pricing, and be comfortable working with architects, general contractors, and vendors to deliver accurate and competitive bids.

Responsibilities

Prepare accurate estimates for storefront, curtain wall, and related systems Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents Perform material takeoffs and labor calculations Solicit and evaluate vendor and supplier pricing Prepare and submit bids within required deadlines Communicate with project managers, sales teams, and contractors Assist with value engineering and cost analysis Maintain organized estimate files and bid records

Qualifications

3+ years of experience

as a Storefront / Glazing Estimator (required) Strong knowledge of storefront systems, aluminum, glass, and hardware Proficient in estimating software and Microsoft Excel Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred Skills

Experience with [Bluebeam, AutoCAD, On-Screen Takeoff, or similar software] Familiarity with commercial construction projects Knowledge of local building codes and industry standards
