6:30 AM - 4:30 PM
No weekends

$22/hour increased based on experience
1 week paid CTO
4 paid holidays
(when they fall on a Douglas Sweets workday):
Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day
Responsibilities
Execute established shortbread recipes with precision
Mix shortbread dough using commercial equipment
Help
manage daily and weekly baking schedules
Package finished cookies to specification
Help
manage ingredient ordering and inventory levels
Monitor stock and flag shortages
Troubleshoot basic production or process issues
Maintain a clean, organized, food-safe workspace
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand and work on your feet for extended periods
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs
Repetitive motions including mixing, packaging, and cleaning
Ability to work in a warm bakery environment
Requirements
Professional baking experience
Strong attention to detail and time management
Reliable and punctual
Ability to pass a background check
Three professional references required
