Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baker to oversee daily operations in our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, demonstrating strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations, ensuring all staff are performing their duties efficiently. Train, mentor, and develop staff members in areas such as customer service, food preparation, and safety protocols. Manage inventory levels and assist with budgeting to maintain profitability. Utilize Aloha POS systems for order management, payment processing, and reporting. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the kitchen and dining areas. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration among staff. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including kitchen areas.

Experience

Proven experience in shift management within a restaurant or fine dining environment. Familiarity with Aloha POS systems or similar point-of-sale technology is preferred. Strong understanding of kitchen operations and food safety standards. Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead by example. Experience in staff training and development is highly desirable.
