Are you an Estimator from a construction background looking to play an integral role across a range of technically challenging demolition projects?

On offer is the chance to develop within a renowned business and work on exciting projects for leading Fortune 500 companies, with training courses and progression opportunities available.

This company specialize in commercial demolition projects across a variety of markets and industries. Due to continual growth and investment, they are looking for an Estimator to lead the whole bidding process throughout the entire development of commercial construction projects. You will liaise with Project Managers and Superintendents during multiple stages of large-scale developments, proactively solving problems and providing valuable insight.

This great opportunity would best suit someone with Estimating experience with a background in the demolition of commercial projects. You will be part of a company that puts its employees first, playing a crucial role in the success of the business.

The Position

• Oversee the entire bidding process for commercial demolition projects
• Prepare and submit proposals, verify equipment requirements and assist Project Managers with pricing
• Training courses available and paid for, along with exciting career progression
• $110,000 - $120,000 + Training Courses + Auto Allowance + Good PTO Structure + 401(k) + Health Insurance

The Person

• Estimator with Construction background
• Knowledge of demolition projects
• Willing to travel to sites and meet with construction teams
