Description:

Construction Estimator responsible for handling procurement, bidding proposals and submissions, and have constant contact with project owners and prospective subcontractors.

Construction Estimator is the liaison to the project owner and the primary point of contact for the owner\'s consultants during the early phases of the project. Chiefly responsible for The Company\'s "first impressions" and delivering excellent services.

Enhance employer branding. Our estimators needs are organized, technically proficient in quantity takeoffs, able to think creatively, and love to communicate.

Responsible for preconstruction through purchasing and buying out the project.

Establishes the critical path and scrutinize the small details of a planned project. Our estimators share success stories and former lessons learned to help team members, clients and consultants capitalize on opportunities.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

Open to experience of tenure

commercial construction estimating background

Have 3 - 10 years of previous Construction Estimating and "Purchasing" experience within the Construction industry for ground up commercial construction

• Use computer software tools to assist with quantity "take-off" material surveys.

• Have developed a database of Subcontractor\'s that you enjoy doing business with.

• Enjoy drafting the Work/Management Plan and critical path schedule or a project.

• Enjoy finding better, less cost, and more efficient solutions towards delivering Owner\'s intentions
