We are looking for a customer-oriented, experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team! As a Customer Service Representative, your main duty will be to focus on the success and growth of our existing customers and supporting all customers in a professional manner. Customer Service Representative duties and responsibilities

  • Educate our customers about our products and services
  • Resolve questions and service issues for customers
  • Determine opportunities for new sales
  • Sell products to established customers through up-selling and cross-selling
  • Identify and act as a company ambassador at all times

Customer Service Representative requirements

  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Demonstrated ability to provide outstanding customer service
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision
