Our Entry Level Customer Service team is an integral part of our ability to foster relationships with the consumers of our clients which is how we generate new business for them. We are currently seeking a forward thinking, people oriented individual to join our team as theEntry Level Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Service Representative Include:
Maintain a student mentality while training alongside seasoned Customer Service Representatives in order to grasp the basics of the role
Master all client product knowledge in order to be able to answer any consumer inquiries and recommend any products and or services that may fit their needs
Handle each customer interaction with the utmost professionalism while also following compliance guidelines
Close sales with select consumers and ensure that they are fully educated on all product and service benefits
Maintain open lines of communication with leadership and management as well as other Customer Service Representatives
Participate in leadership development and assist in training newer Customer Service Representatives
Contribute any thoughts and ideas during daily team meetings on how to improve processes and interactions with client consumers
Requirements of the Entry LevelCustomer Service Representatives:
Must have a Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or other business related fields of study
Minimum of 3 years of experience working in customer service or other consumer-facing fields
Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively across all levels
Must have a student mentality in order to receive continued training and development
Must be a self-starter and be driven to succeed beyond the entry level role of the Customer Service Representative
Must be people-oriented and have a genuinely positive attitude
