We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Entry Level Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our clients. On a daily basis, you will field calls and emails from customers, answering questions about our products or services, processing orders, and handling customer concerns or complaints. Schedule: Monday to Friday Job Location: One Location Pay: $21.50 - $35.00 per hour Job Responsibilities:
Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
Managing a team of junior customer service representatives.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills
