As an Entry Level Telecom Customer Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued telecommunication clients, responsible for developing, managing, and nurturing profitable account strategies. This entry-level position offers the opportunity for growth into a Senior Account Specialist role, with a focus on executing innovative campaigns to meet financial goals and drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main liaison between clients and consumers by attending meetings with current and prospective clients Utilize previous experience or skills in account management to foster strong, positive relationships with clients across multiple states and international markets Conduct market and territory research to optimize client and product visibility Maintain comprehensive knowledge of our products and services to offer effective solutions and answer client inquiries Participate in quarterly training seminars for continuous professional development Confidently communicate and implement new ideas, backed by thorough market and brand research related to assigned accounts Regularly review strategies and track campaign performance to enhance profitability and reach
Requirements:
Strong presentation and negotiation skills Experience in customer service, sales, or a similar client-facing role An Associate's degree or some college coursework completed Adaptability to different environments and client personalities High level of professionalism and dependability Excellent time management skills and the ability to solve problems efficiently

Pay: $700.00 - $1,500.00 per week
