NMG Enterprise, a New Orleans-based sales and business consulting firm representing AT&T, is hiring an Entry Level Client Support Associate. The Entry Level Client Support Associate helps clients stay connected with AT&T cell phones, answers questions confidently, and makes each interaction smooth, professional, and just a little fun--because sometimes the best tech advice comes with a smile.

As an Entry Level Client Support Associate, you'll master the art of explaining complex things simply. From customer SIM swaps to plan changes, the Entry Level Client Support Associate handles it all, making sure every AT&T household gets the right answer--without the runaround. You'll become fluent in AT&T's wireless solutions, so you can anticipate needs before they become complaints.

Role Requirements for an Entry Level Client Support Associate

Provide support to AT&T customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, and delivering clear information about cell phone products and services. Handle service processes, including activations, upgrades, returns, and billing questions with accuracy, professionalism, and adherence to AT&T standards. Promote customer satisfaction by actively listening, empathizing, and tailoring solutions to meet household needs and strengthen loyalty. Maintain CRM accuracy by documenting customer interactions, tracking service milestones, and ensuring compliance with AT&T policies. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, align messaging, and deliver consistent service across AT&T residential campaigns. Build expertise through ongoing training in customer service techniques, AT&T product knowledge, and digital tools that enhance account support.

Pay: $48,245.36 - $58,284.74 per year
