Full-time faculty teach four sections and actively participate in departmental and curricular planning meetings. Typically, teachers are able to teach at any grade level, including honors. There are well established learning outcomes and team materials to draw from, but also flexibility with the curriculum. We are looking for someone who can independently design curriculum and employ a variety of pedagogical approaches. We seek an educator who is familiar with the culture of independent schools and will be a collegial, collaborative, and supportive school community member.
