Remote SSAT English Teacher What are our SSAT English classes? SSAT English classes are to prepare our students who are going to take the Secondary School Admissions Test. These tests are administered to students who are going into select private day and private boarding schools. These classes span over 8 weeks and are 2 hours per class. The classes are rigorous and require the teacher to push their students to their full potential. Why teach with us?

Who are we looking for?

• Someone who shows expertise in their field and can teach it to students of all ages.
• Excellent communication skills and rapport-building with students
• Ability to make the lessons personalized and relevant to our students.
• Can commit to at least 3 months of uninterrupted teaching with us.
• Someone comfortable working with students who are in middle and high school level and can relay higher level English skills and critical thinking skills.

What would make you stand out from the crowd?

• A bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in elementary education, education, or a English related field to the subject you are interested in teaching.
• US work authorization only
• Teaching experience (including homeschooling, tutoring, coaching, mentoring, and other experiences) is preferred.
• Familiarity with SSAT testing is preferred.
• Teaching certification is preferred.
• Experience with private school entrance or standardized test prep is preferred.
