Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Must have Arkansas HPBL, or the ability to obtain. Training and Experience: 5 -10 years hospital maintenance experience required. Job Knowledge: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively to customers or associates of organization. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exist. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Participates and directs, under supervision, the electrical safety, preventive maintenance and equipment repair programs for White County Medical Center equipment.
