Title: Editorial Coordinator Location: Remote Duration: 6 months(Part-time) : Will work directly with Editorial Director and senior managers to manage production and workflow of editorial and copy team. Part time 20-25 hours/week 6 month assignment. Remote assignment. Will confirm schedule. Work with Editorial Director and senior managers to manage production and workflow of editorial and copy team. Create templates for copy libraries, decks and docs for use across channels. Create a system that synthesizes and enforces use of all of the above. Track copy changes as needed in reaction to leadership feedback or business pivots, ensuring teams have access to the latest updates. Organize and enforce use of Sharepoint filing system. Audit and organize current cache of copy; recommending and implementing a governance system of tracking, tagging, and transferring to templates and libraries. Copy edit projects as needed. Copywrite small projects as needed. Qualifications 2-4 years supporting an editorial, publishing, media, or creative team. If latter, emphasis on support for copywriting teams. Experience with project management, document and presentation creation. Excellent time management and organization skills. Strong experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Sharepoint, Powerpoint). Excellent experience with project management tools (Monday.com, Asana, Trello, etc.).
