Job Flexibility

• Hybrid Position: The role will allow employees to work offsite but will also require onsite work-based business needs.

Overview
This position is responsible for proactively implementing improvements, enhancements, and customizations to Aftermarket eCommerce platform, MeritorPartsXpress.com. Incumbent works closely with stakeholders to define key business needs and deliver on commitments, creating solutions for customers challenges.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ability to drive multiple projects to successful completion. Attention to detail and ability to provide quality results within required deadlines.
• Excellent problem solving and root cause analysis skills. High judgement and ability to influence are critical in this role.
• Ability to facilitate meetings and present to large groups. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Create and deliver presentations to Steering Committee on project goals, plans, issues and risks, including progress reports, mitigation and contingency plans.
• Self-motivated and directed, ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Demonstrates the ability to be a team player who establishes credibility and rapport with technical and non-technical team members. Applies skills and knowledge of technical proficiencies to deliver value and improve efficiencies.
• Strong track record of delivering results and proven project management experience to own and execute strategic, cross-functional, cross-divisional initiatives.
• Proven ability to manage projects in Waterfall, Agile and Hybrid methodologies.
• Displays positive attitude, demonstrates commitment to established goals, demonstrates ability to manage multiple items and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks required.
• Ensure effective Project Management of all key strategic projects - with appropriate process controls, metrics, and stakeholder updates.
• Manage competing demands relevant to scope, schedule, cost, risk and quality, and differing stakeholder requirements and expectations to satisfy outcomes.
• Develop and revise project plans, work with stakeholders to understand complex problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution in a timely manner, escalating as necessary to meet timelines.
• Keep manager and key project stakeholders updated on project issues, issue resolution, risks and overall status of project.

Job Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field required
• At least 3 years of relevant experience including 2 years of Project Management experience
• Ability to managing complexity and ambiguity required
• Experience in managing cross functional teams required
• Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in bridging technical and business disciplines, evaluating and determining appropriate risks required
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills required
