EAM Utility Business Process Consultant

Location: Northeast Region - New York, NY; Boston, MA; Philadelphia, PA

Capgemini is hiring an experienced EAM Utility Business Process Consultant with Utilities industry experience. The EAM Utility Business Process Consultant will collaborate with our Resources & Energy Transition (R&ET) Business Unit teams to help lead a large-scale IBM Maximo implementation for one of our top Utility clients.

Experienced utility EAM business architect and project domain lead with the following experiences:

• Minimum 2 utility T&D (electric or gas) EAM (work and asset management) project experiences with process/business architecture lead role
• Knowledge of core utility T&D processes (work \xe2\x80\x93 initiate, plan, schedule, execute, close; asset \xe2\x80\x93 strategy, standards, investment, programs, performance)
• Domain contributions EAM assessments, design, implementation using EAM packages including but not limited to Maximo and SAP
• Experience in go-to-market pursuit supporting/proposal leadership utility EAM systems integration projects
• Broader familiarity with EAM data, integration, OCM project threads related to systems integration work
• Experience in developing EAM related intellectual capital (process models, configurations, accelerators, data models, etc.)

Job role will be to:

• Support EAM pursuits
• Anchor domain side of EAM projects
• Deliver business architecture/capability/process design/requirements, support functional configurations (applications/integrations), support data conversions and analysis, support testing requirements/traceability/acceptance
• Support growth of EAM business architecture team
