Job Description

The Business Process Analyst for Real Equity is a new role meant to help document and improve our business processes across our three business lines - real estate investment, title & escrow, and brokerage. This is a new position for Real Equity and we\'re looking for an energetic self-starter who wants to help us scale from our current 100+ team across 4 markets to a nationwide integrated real estate powerhouse serving residential real estate investors and our agents.

• Work with key stakeholders to gather and analyze current processes and document for analysis and improvement
• Evaluate business and employee needs for a rapidly growing organization
• Establish performance metrics and their underlying drivers
• Work with senior leadership to approve processes and create implementation strategy
• Develop job descriptions, training materials, and continuous improvement systems

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a Business Process Analyst role in a growing company
• Strong skills in Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyze business processes and workflows
• Experience facilitating workshops and focus groups

• High level communication skills
• Experience developing business requirements
• Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation in a learning management software
