Help Wanted: Water Well Driller's Helper We're seeking a reliable, hard-working individual to join our drilling crew as a Water Well Driller's Helper.
This is a hands-on role supporting the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment in outdoor environments across California.
Requirements:
? Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
? Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor in all weather conditions
? Willingness to travel to job sites and work flexible hours, including overtime
? Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools and equipment
? High school diploma or GED preferred
? Must pass background check and drug/alcohol screening
? Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and ability to follow safety protocols
? Team-oriented attitude with good communication skills
Responsibilities Include:
Assisting with rig setup and breakdown
Operating water trucks and crew vehicles
Cleaning and disinfecting wells
Performing routine maintenance on rigs and equipment
Supporting the Driller with casing, sampling, and site prep
Pay DOE
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 - 60 per week
