Position Summary: The primary responsibility of a Division Manager is to grow the Division\xe2\x80\x99s Operating Income by leading the day-to-day sales and operations teams (approximately 10 people total). Provides direction to ensure safe and efficient operations, with complete customer satisfaction/delivery, quality, and long-term sustainable growth. This high visibility role is 40% Strategic + 60% Tactical and works closely with the Global Corporate Senior Leadership team to progress in a rolling 3-year strategic company vision. Work Experience Requirements:

• 7-15 years of experience in Distribution, Metals, Aerospace or Manufacturing industry in a mixture of sales AND operational roles
• Minimum 2 years of management experience (of direct reports)
• Bachelor\'s Degree preferred
• Distribution Experience preferred
• Metals and/or Aerospace experience is a plus
