Job Description



The District Manager supports the success of Big Brand Tire & Service by executing and implementing the company initiatives while motivating and training the employees they manage. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include performing all duties in accordance with applicable company, safety, customer, and regulatory requirements. Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage Employee Retention
  • Effectively manage 8-10 stores simultaneously
  • Execute EBITDAR Targets
  • Recruiting & Staffing Management
  • Execute Topline Sales & Gross Profit Expectations
  • Manage an Excellent Customer Experience
  • Provide a Safe Environment for Employees and Customers
  • Manage Payroll
  • Inventory Management
To perform this job successfully, a District Manager must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

District Managers must
  • Be energetic, hard-working, and ethical
  • Be able to work the necessary amount of time in order to complete tasks and support performance execution.
  • Understand and follow company strategies and policies
  • Be able to travel to their stores on a regular basis spending extensive time in a location as necessary
  • Have strong communicating, coaching, motivating and supervising skills
Education and/or Experience
  • Strong automotive retail sales background with at least 5 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in a management capacity.
  • Deliver excellent Customer service with a high level of personal integrity.
  • Strong computer skills; Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Suites, Word, Power Point.
  • Ability to speak and present in a small to medium sized group.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
  • Knowledge of tires, tire related and mechanical services are highly desirable.
  • Possession of a valid in-state motor vehicle license and must be insurable under our automobile insurance.
