We're looking for a
proven QSR District Manager
who knows the brand, the systems, and the grind. If you've run multiple Wendy's locations, built strong GMs, and can drive results without babysitting--this one's for you.What You'll Do
Oversee
5-10 QSR restaurants
across the Chicagoland area Lead, coach, and holdGeneral Managers accountable
Drivesales, profit, food safety, and operational excellence
Execute Wendy's brand standards--no shortcuts Own P&L performance, labor control, and food cost Partner with field leadership to improve retention and bench strengthWhat We're Looking For
District Manager experience - Wendy's
is a plus Multi-unit QSR leadership background Strong tenure history--no serial job hopping Hands-on operator who leads from the field, not a desk Deep understanding of Wendy's systems, metrics, and cultureWhy This Role

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
