Salary: $16.91 per hour with a $0.75 shift differential
The Distribution Coordinator position is part of the Production Control department. The Distribution Coordinator creates labels for orders, meets the scheduled production orders and metrics daily, monitor production schedules and adjust to accommodate changes, research, resolve and document discrepancies for inventory, damages, and bin management in the La Vergne, TN distribution center.
Weekend Shift: 7:00am to 7:30pm CST Workdays are Fri/ Sat/ Sun (12 hours per day)

You will be responsible for...

• Creating and printing labels
• Ensuring products picked are correct and labels match product
• Organizing teams to follow assembly process
• Releasing production orders and organizing by priority
• Managing non-conforming materials reports (NCMR) process
• Support the first article (FA) process, including product set-up information & sample analysis
• Address inbound receipt and inventory discrepancies
• Fill out Production Discrepancy Reports (PDR\xe2\x80\x99s) for inventory shortages & damages
• Research and resolve tote issues, overages/shortages, and damages
• Perform paper-pick orders
• Repick orders per VMI, PNS/VAS and/or Production Scheduling\xe2\x80\x99s request

• High school diploma, or GED
• 1-year retail or warehouse experience, preferred
• Ability to use a pallet jack
• Computer proficiency of Outlook, Excel and Word
• Ability to analyze data for production scheduling
• Must be able to read and write in English
• Basic reading and math skills
• Able to prioritize effectively; able to learn quickly and follow detailed instructions
• Able to adapt to changing job requirements; able to solve simple problems
• Able to count and recognize product
• Able to communicate well with others; able to work in a team environment
• Keen attention to detail
• Must be able to lift 25-50 pounds
