HPE PointNext is transforming from a support to a services organization, and we need a Director, Value Realization and Market Readiness to drive key components of that effort. In this critical role, you\xe2\x80\x99ll partner with senior management to identify existing operational and new business opportunities, including market development, investment prioritization, Mergers & Acquisitions and other growth strategies. Reporting to the VP, Platform Services, you\xe2\x80\x99ll define the vision of customer value across the entire customer lifecycle and the value community. You\xe2\x80\x99ll act as a key partner to executives and sales enablement teams across this $6 billion enterprise with HPE. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team providing both digital capability strategy and associated business value results for the portfolio, platform adoption
  • Directly engage with customer executive teams, articulate the strategic and financial impact of HPE services digital transformation message to accelerate Sales cycles
  • Drive sales readiness for the new offering working with cross functional teams
  • Define Pilot, Limited Availability and General availability criteria for the platform readiness
  • Drive inbound and outbound messaging for new offers working with portfolio and other cross functional teams
  • Advance initial on-boarding and adoption of customers to the digital platform
  • Provide awareness, direction, and guidance to business stakeholders to receive the best value and innovation while developing a deep understanding of the overall business. Ensure that the potential business value from the platform capabilities and assets are captured, optimized, and recognized
  • Support the continuous improvement of the standard framework and implement new solutions for tracking, monitoring and harvesting the benefits
  • Work closely with prospective customers and sales to identify, prioritize and quantify key business drivers (metrics) and understand how our solutions will help solve their problems
  • Facilitate executive alignment with clients on the program business case
  • Drive inbound and outbound messaging for new offers working with portfolio and other cross functional teams
Experience and Skills:
  • Proven track record of measuring and providing value for high touch technology clients
  • Experience delivering planned financial results at an organizational level. You\xe2\x80\x99ve acted as a senior executive in a global company responsible for operational efficiency.
  • Solid influencing skills, will partner with internal and external teams to deliver maximum value
  • Background leading financial improvement initiatives in management consulting, corporate strategy, investment banking, or market research

States with Pay Range Requirement
The expected salary/wage range for a U.S.-based hire filling this position is provided below. Actual offer may vary from this range based upon geographic location, work experience, education/training, and/or skill level. If this is a sales role, then the listed salary range reflects combined base salary and target-level sales compensation pay. If this is a non-sales role, then the listed salary range reflects base salary only. Variable incentives may also be offered.
