The Role: Are you passionate about solving customer problems with industry leading solutions? If so, we may have a role for you, we need a Director of Marketing that will ensure our solutions are differentiated, and we have a winning go-to-market strategy.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will manage all aspects of our marketing team, from production and implementation to strategy and analysis of each campaign. You will work cross-functionally with Softdocs\xe2\x80\x99s Sales, Services, Product, and Operations teams to deliver on joint initiatives that enable Softdocs\xe2\x80\x99s to win in the market at scale.
The Day to Day:
Deliver creative and compelling messaging that clearly articulates and reinforces Softdocs\xe2\x80\x99s unique brand and value proposition across buyer personas and use cases
Support demand generation campaigns to drive pipeline growth by creating high-value content like webinars, landing pages, blogs, eBooks, solution briefs, and other collateral
Develop market positioning and rationale to demonstrate how Softdocs differentiates against competition
Execute key elements of product launches including messaging and positioning, internal communications, and field/event marketing
Partner with the Product Management team and Solution Architects to distill key functionality and benefits into core product marketing assets
Coordinate the creation and update of website, thought leadership, and social media content
Help support and manage key conferences and events including speaker selection, content reviewers, messaging support, and related event staff management
Act as a spokesperson for our products and solutions
About You:
You love the art of telling a great story \xe2\x80\x93 that focuses on the \xe2\x80\x9cso what\xe2\x80\x9d not just features and benefits
You have a demonstrated track record of creating compelling product and solution narratives, customer testimonials, and thought leadership content
Product marketing experience within B2B SaaS / technology companies. 5+ years of relevant or equivalent experience desired
You love to get into the details and drive projects to successful completion as a thoughtful team leader
Very strong written and verbal communication skills
You are a team player who can work across departments to ensure the best outcome for the business
