Redesign Health is launching a new venture, StealthCo, B2B SaaS and service company that helps small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) in the healthcare industry reduce their Human Resource (HR) burden and in addition procures high quality employee benefits to attract and retain employees.

About the Job

As the Director of Operations of StealthCo, you will work closely with the founding team in setting up operations and key processes for our new Professional Employer Organization (PEO). In the short-term, you will be responsible for implementing an HRIS software system, working closely with the COO and external stakeholders to ensure a successful implementation.

You will be an essential member of the founding team, defining and implementing best practices and procedures for the new PEO. This role will involve collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, and developing and implementing strategic initiatives as the company prepares for launch later this year.

The position can be fully remote within the United States.

What you\'ll do:

  • Implement start-to-end a human capital management technology platform (PrismHR) and operating infrastructure, including: implementing required technology products, designing and overseeing internal and customer-facing operational workflows
  • Develop operating processes for the founding team and cross-functional teams as the business grows
  • Create KPI dashboards across key metrics; track and report progress to leadership team
  • Provides administrative direction, and coordination of the functions and activities for the operation of PEO
  • Establishes structures, processes, and expectations that support HR/Client Services, HR Operations, Implementation of New Clients
  • Work cross functionally and cohesively with other departments to develop best practices
What you\'ll need:
  • You have 8+ years of experience within employer benefits or workforce management software
  • 2+ years of operational leadership experience in a high growth environment
  • You have experience managing outside business partners and creating partnerships
  • You have experience with buy v. build decision thinking; understanding of how to make those decisions and what it will take to integrate various vendors
  • Experience with PrismHR
  • Experience tracking operational performance metrics (e.g., call volume, client NPS) and recommending strategic initiatives based on trends and results
  • Experience establishing brand new processes and collateral for internal stakeholders and clients (e.g., implementation process + client manual)

  • You have the ability to create, operationalize, and manage manual and automated processes for a tech-enabled employer benefits or HR solutions company
  • You have experience designing business processes to accommodate varying customer requirements across geographies (e.g., state-level regulations)
  • You have a metrics-driven approach with an ability to establish and utilize KPIs to improve performance and streamline processes; leverages data and metrics to drive decision making across a business
  • You have the ability to thrive in ambiguity and build-out new metrics, tools, and technology to support workforce
  • You have the proven ability to evaluate & prioritize user needs to develop thoughtful operational plans and provide data-driven product roadmap input
  • You have the ability to launch and operationalize new products/services, markets, projects, etc.
