- TRI-STATE AREA NJ, DE, AND PA - MUST BE WILLING TO TRAVEL*
- Manage all accounts within budget and performance guidelines
- Provide solutions to operational challenges
- Customer Service -Establish a proactive Customer Service environment through
- Effective planning, clear definition of expectations, frequent measurement, and feedback.
- Administration - Implement and follow existing SOP\'s to help guide ALL facets of Operations Core
- Customer Satisfaction
- Quality of Service
- Productivity
- Employee morale and well being
- Organization/Team Development
- Implementation of Innovative Ideas
- Identify and develop individuals who can grow within the company

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year Benefits:
