Job Description


This position must maintain and improve our client\xe2\x80\x99s marketing collateral while driving a cohesive process by improving their social media presence through multiple channels helping to define their connections and differentiation in the marketplace.
Job duties and responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing internal and external branding, marketing strategies and social media and improving upon them.
  • Leading a capable marketing team of 4 and delegating tasks fairly.
  • Assist in preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and yearly budgets, and allocating resources appropriately.
  • Conducting and managing market research and implementing new strategies based on findings.
  • Monitoring industry trends and scheduling meetings to share new information with the team.
  • Setting daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly targets for staff and monitor progress.
  • Closely monitoring competitor\xe2\x80\x99s successes and failures and learning from them.
  • Supervising marketing events and launches and using these spaces to network with industry professionals.
  • Provide support and development opportunities for staff, helping their advancement, knowledge, training and sharing best practices.
  • Assisting with the recruitment, training, and onboarding of staff.
  • Lead Community engagement & k-12 Referendum Services.
  • Experience with preparing RFP/RFQ\xe2\x80\x99s and meeting deadlines.
  • Manage response preparation for prequalification\xe2\x80\x99s, proposals, and presentations by coordinating with proposed team, external partners, and clients to develop complete, thoughtful, and successful proposals.
  • Lead, coordinate and manage collateral materials development, advertising programs, recruitment efforts and corporate identity development and implementation.
  • Prepare and execute brand strengthening initiatives.
  • Work with Business Development team on client-contact touchpoints.
  • Develop and maintain the firm\xe2\x80\x99s digital presence by developing company-centric and industry-relevant content for the company\xe2\x80\x99s website and social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Oversees press releases announcing new hires, projects won, projects completed, etc.
  • Maintain marketing library.
  • Participate in Strategic positioning and planning for the company.
  • Monitoring and strategizing for success on ad campaigns and applying SEO initiatives.

  • Experience within the A/E/C industry is preferable.
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in marketing, communication, advertising, branding, business, PR, or a similar field.
  • Superb marketing and research skills.
  • Knowledge and practical experience with CRM, SEO, digital marketing tools, Google Analysis, Google Business Profile, Google Search Console and related software.
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, InDesign and Microsoft suite of products.
  • Highly observant and analytical.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to make difficult decisions.
