To excel in this role, you should have a proven history of building marketing functions within dynamic software/tech organizations. You\'ll be hands-on, leading by example, and guiding your team as they execute strategies. Responsibilities:

Construct a robust B2B marketing and lead generation engine, driving successful sales conversions.

Manage the MarTech stack, workflow tools, and third-party platform integrations, alongside reporting dashboards.

Oversee lead and demand generation campaigns across diverse B2B channels (email, website, social media, paid media, etc.).

Enhance email marketing campaign metrics via A/B testing and other techniques.

Devise an effective digital advertising strategy to elevate campaign outcomes.

Recruit and mentor marketing staff to transition budget management in-house from external agencies.

Collaborate with the sales team to enhance training and effectiveness.

Regularly assess campaign performance, reporting results to senior leadership.

Requirements:

Over 10 years of experience in progressive B2B marketing roles.

Proven track record of functioning as both a leader and a "builder" in small, fast-growing organizations.

Skilled in crafting successful demand/lead generation and account-based marketing funnels.

Experience in managing and mentoring junior team members.

Proficient in implementing tools within a martech stack.

Data-driven decision-maker, able to support marketing choices with quantitative analysis.

Expertise across a broad array of digital channels.

Comp: $140,000-$210,000 (base, depending on experience)
